The Start Up in Street Food Curriculum and Trainers’ Guide (IO1) is a specialist entrepreneurship skills curriculum to teach street food entrepreneurship skills to young people. It will include learning objectives, course materials and assessment guides. Accompanied by a Trainers Guide, the curriculum will be available in 4 languages (French, English, German and Italian) in 2019.
